I cannot express my experience installing the garage door spring. All I had to do was follow your video for measuring and then installing the spring. It did not take very long for the installation and I did not feel the installation was unsafe. Also, I am an Army officer veteran and I appreciate the fact you are an American made and owned company. Thank you. I will only do business with you for all my garage door needs and I am sure I will do more business because I have a three car garage.
Thank you much for your service in the Army. We are glad we could help out with your garage door spring repair. If you ever need anything just let us know.

I purchased and installed a replacement torsion spring. I could not be happier with my experience. I am quite capable with tools but was initially concerned about working with these loaded springs safely. With just the tensioning bar tools that I purchased with the spring, a 7/16′ wrench, a 6-foot laddder, the tutorial video, and 25-minutes of my time I was able to make the repair for 1/4 the cost and hassle of having a professional do it. DIY was fair, fast, and honest, and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
